Ingredients:
- 400 grms. Beef tenderloin or tapa.
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce.
- 4 tbsp. Butter.
- 2 tbsp. Soy sauce.
- 8 Stalks spring onion( cut into 2 inch long )
- 1/4 cup Water or stock( adjust )
- 2 pcs. egg.
- 15 grms Cornstarch (dissolved in 30 grms water)
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. sesame oil.
- 1 tbsp. Garlic ( chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. Ginger (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil
Procedure:
- Cut beef into half inch thick and 2 inches long (sticks).
- In a mixing bowl mix together the beef, cornstarch, and egg, salt and pepper.
- Fry beef until crisp, 5-8 min.
- In a sauté pan add oil, ginger, garlic until translucent add the beef and sauté for 3 min. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, water simmer for 8 min. until beef is completely cooked. Add the onions and butter.
- Cook for another minute.
- Finish with sesame oil .
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Fine julienne carrots, bell pepper soak in water.
